How to Return

At Better Dealz Now, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our return process outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

1.2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

2.1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@betterdealznow.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

2.3. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

2.4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Refunds

3.1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

3.2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3.3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

4.1. Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

4.2. Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to ensure the item is in stock.
